Home T.O.W.N. Resources

For the Week of Wednesday, May 27

This week, HomeT.O.W.N. is on fire! We’re getting ready for Pentecost with birthday crowns for the Church, doves, Spirit art and new storytelling games and prayers.

Here are all the details:

  1. Welcome by our Dinner Dean: Mr. Fyre
  2. Wear red and make a Birthday Crown of Fire to celebrate Pentecost. (Doves are optional, but encouraged!)  Templates are here.
  3. Dinner Table Questions: What does the Holy Spirit look like to you? What has the Holy Spirit been saying to you?
  4. Capture your answers in a painting project. Here are samples of the finished project.
  5. Learn two Storytelling games and an A-Z prayer to play in the car or at the dinner table.
  6. Watch and sing our closing song, “We are the Church.”

Happy Pentecost, dear Church!
